As a mental illness survivor myself, I help clients gain a better understanding of their own selves - by and through their own lens (and not through the lens of a doctor or a specialist). I engage in techniques to build self-awareness techniques, build coherent thought patterns so that the individual feels empowered and confident enough to take charge of their own lives. I do this by leveraging my own experience and knowledge with insight gained through studying of philosophical systems of the east and the west.

I am inspired by existential and perennial schools of thought in psychology and philosophy (Like Carl Roger's Person Centered Therapy, Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology, Perennial Philosophical traditions like the Tao, Advaita Vedanta etc.)

I offer no medical advice, and my coaching practice is no replacement for therapy.
