I am enthusiastic in promoting exercise in all age groups. My background is a masters degree in Exercise and Sports Science, this has improve my profession as a Personal Trainer regarding clients education.
I am a Personal Trainer. I have been in practice for over four years and during my years of practice, I have come across clients with different exercise goals ranging from weight loss, improvement in muscular strength and conditioning, improvement in functional capacity of cardiovascular disease clients and general fitness and wellness. I am glad to have been of great assistance with helping clients achieve their exercise goals.
My strength is in my training style, which is safe, fun, and effective. My strength also lies in my coaching techniques which include active listening, demonstration of empathy and building rapport with my clients. In order to serve clients better, I have obtained the American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer Certification.
I am interested in a working environment where I can experience growth, gain world class experience, add value to the company, produce positive return of investment and be part of a strong team that will not only boost my profession as a professional Personal Trainer but also increase the insatiable urge towards exceeding clients satisfaction.
