I am a professionally trained and ICF accredited coach.
I work with people who are feeling stuck in their careers and frustrated with their lack of career progression. People who know they have the skills and attributes to progress but struggle to speak up for themselves or who are struggling to make progress on their own.
My specialist area is working with introverts who want to advance their careers into leadership positions.
I have experience of working with people who struggle to raise their profiles and find it difficult to be seen and heard. People who feel a bit awkward speaking up for themselves and sharing their achievements.
About
I work full time as a coach. I also love strength training, walking in nature, riding my bike along the side of the river and baking.
