Coaching is different from therapy or counselling - you will experience a structured discussion where you will be able to find answers and achieve awareness on the challenges which you are facing.
Coaching is a proven and a powerful technique that can be used on any topic or area of life.

I am a talented and a passionate HR professional with 11+ years of unending fondness towards learning and skill development, who recently embarked on a meaningful journey by joining the international development sector. To add to this journey, I have onboarded on a coaching voyage which is now allowing me to find more purpose in the life that I live.
Professionally I work towards enhancing youth skill development paving them towards better employment opportunities and strive for betterment of women through the work that I do.
As a coach-professional, I am currently reading on pursuing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from International Coach Federation (IFC) whilst enjoying life to its fullest by experiencing coaching myself thereby transforming the lives of others.
