As an Embodiment Coach, my work is to guide and support my clients to achieve harmony and peace in their life choices and decisions; Initiate changes for themselves as well as in their lives that are deep and long-lasting; learning to address emotions and make intentional choices.
This is done by working with posture, movement, breath and body awareness; which in turn enables tapping into and listen to the body-mind wisdom this allowing us to see clearly what works best for us and move onward in life.

This has been my first and only experience with Embodiment coaching. I have been attending sessions with Anubha for over 6 months now. The overall journey has been extremely fulfilling and one that has helped me greatly. I for the most part had a fair idea of what I wanted to work on before the start of any session. The sessions revolve primarily around looking inward into one’s body and how it tends to react to various stimuli.
