Coaching Approaches & Methods
Imagine with me for a moment...
What if the pain that shattered your world wasn’t the end of your story, but the beginning of restoration by Yahweh for you and your family?
What if healing didn’t mean forgetting -- but remembering who you are in the Messiah, reclaiming your voice, and learning to trust yourself again?
Here, you are not alone. In this space, we hold your heartbreak with compassion and walk beside you as you rise above the pain -- one brave step at a time.
Healing from betrayal trauma is not about rushing to be "okay." It's about becoming whole- integrated. Rooted in faith, guided by truth, and supported in community.
This program is rooted in my own healing journey, a path I walked with the loving guidance of Yahweh every step of the way.
The tools, truths, and gentle practices that brought me from brokenness to restoration are now woven into every part of this experience.
Betrayed but Not Broken
is designed to take you from simply surviving to truly thriving.
From getting through the day…
to waking up with joy in your soul.
From intrusive thoughts…
to peace that calms your spirit.
From feeling “meh”…
to laughing freely effortlessly with a heart full of joy.
This is the journey. And you don’t have to walk it alone.
About
After being in an abusive marriage riddled with pornography addiction, sexual abuse, and blatant lies, I wanted my pain to end. I wanted the tightness in my chest to ease so I could take a deep breath. I wanted the physical pain in my heart to dissipate, and for whirling, intrusive thoughts to vanish. I wanted the pain I had been carrying since our wedding night, when he raped me then rolled over and went to sleep, to disappear. I wanted the horror of watching my new husband masturbate on our honeymoon to fade away. I wanted the trauma of being raped by my husband numerous times over the years, to evaporate.
The Father offers healing for all of this, though it will take time. I grabbed onto His ways of healing and became very intentional about my own healing. I am here to walk alongside you as you heal from your own betrayal trauma.
