Coaching Approaches & Methods
My coaching practice began 10 years ago when I started coaching relationships and marriages. Since then I have published a book, which is on Amazon.com on transforming relationships and marriages.
I now focus on individuals who want to transform their lives and increase their is growth mindset. My approach is to gently extract as much information as the client wants to give about their internal self and being, their background, the environment they grew up in, and their present state of growth. I do this by giving them strategic questions to answer about specific areas I just mentioned.
From the information they offer through a session and questionnaires, I can see the blocks and fears that hold them back. I give them ways to clear the blocks and we proceed to develop their growth patterns and cycle. They are on their way to a clear path and vision of their goals.
About
My background is in psychology and sociology where I have a Bachelor's Degree and graduated with honors. It was not easy but well worth the effort it took to get here. Without the education, it would have been a more difficult journey. I have also completed a certification program for Life Coaching and have been coaching for 10 years.
As I stated above, I have written 3 courses, a book, and many articles on various topics. In my practice, I focus on building self-confidence, and motivation, removing fears and self-doubt, direction in life pursuits and goals, and inspiring people to do their ultimate best by being present in their lives continually.
I continue my journey by helping individuals transform into the person they want to be in life going forward. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction because I can witness people's progress and accomplishments. I love what I do!
