My name is Christiana Eke, PhD. I have many years of experience in pointing people in the right direction, including mentoring them from time to time, when required. The clients I serve include individuals, couples, teenagers, and managers from various industries. Clients seek my help for many issues, including improving performance, relationships, low self-esteem, leadership, operations, communication, personal developmentr, social networking,social networking, and confidence building.
In my consulting service, I guarantee confidentiality, empathy, and a non-judgmental stance as a management consultant, counsellor, coach, and educator.
In life, there are different challenges that human beings face, such as those that affect their health, happiness, relationships, family issues, stress, bullying, behavioural issues, parenting, leadership, communication, and careers. My duty as an experienced professional is to satisfactorily address individual clients' problems and challenges that may hinder them and affect their health and progress, with effective results.
My academic qualifications and training include: BA (Hons) in General Studies, MBA in business and management, PhD in management, as well as certificates and diplomas in marriage and family counselling, youth counselling, life coaching, professional child psychology, professional cognitive behavioural therapy, and EFL-certified teacher.
I have been self-employed for over 30 years.
I am passionate about people, their health, happiness, goals, and success.
I offer flexible scheduling, allowing clients to schedule their sessions at their convenience. If the required schedule is not available, I will provide a list of availability to choose from.
