I am a Product & Design Leader with experience in managing and empowering global teams in tech companies, from unicorns to fast-scaling startups.
Throughout my entire journey, I've been dedicated to helping people grow their careers and transforming individuals into inspiring leaders.
I’m a multicultural enthusiast: I had the chance to live in different cities worldwide like Venice, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, and Lisbon, and learn the art of human inspiration in every culture.
I hold a Degree in Literature and two Master’s Degrees in Humanities from the Crossways in Cultural Narratives European program.
In 2019, I produced the course Brand Storytelling for Crehana, the biggest Latam e-learning platform, collecting a community of +6K students across different countries of the region. I’ve also delivered many training, workshops, and keynote speeches between Europe and Latin America.
During the years, I developed a very pragmatic and personal approach to Storytelling, applying it as a strategic tool for brand personality, coaching, and team management. It is a unique perspective that combines Design Thinking and classic novel structures, and it is designed to be highly intuitive, pragmatic, and actionable.
