My training sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive 1-hour functional training experience. Services include:
- HIIT Classes: High-Intensity Interval Training classes are included to help improve cardiovascular fitness and burn fat.
- Core Workout: Our core workout sessions focus on strengthening the abdominal muscles, back, and hips to improve balance, stability, and posture.
- Plyometric Training: We include plyometric exercises in our sessions to help improve power, agility, and explosiveness.
- Customization: Our training sessions have no limitations, and we can tailor them to your fitness level and any injuries or limitations you may have.
- Holistic Training: Our training approach focuses on training your muscles, heart, mind, and hormones to improve overall health and well-being.
Join my functional training sessions to improve your overall fitness, strength, and functional ability. Additionally, there is flexible scheduling for our clients, with 8-session and 12-session packages available each month. If you have any fitness equipment, you are encouraged to use it during our training sessions. However, if you don't have any equipment, that won't be a problem as we can design workouts that require no equipment or use household items as substitutes.
