As a Fitness Trainer and a contemporary individual with a background in Sports Science, coaching experience, and academic knowledge, I've had a lifelong interest in sports and fitness. I believe in continuous learning and keeping up with the latest trends to better serve my clients and recognize the importance of physical well-being in human life.
My experience and dedication to continuous learning will allow me to create personalized training programs that take into account an individual's abilities, limitations, and cultural context, and incorporate a variety of training methods and activities to keep clients engaged and motivated. My ultimate goal is to improve myself and the community in which I reside through education, research, and working in sports.
