Coaching Approaches & Methods
My approach is to the overall wellness of a person in stages. We will first get active and have the body moving and adapt to getting used to exercise with some nutritional changes.
After we have this habit in place we start with changing the nutrition side and ensure the person feels that they can sustain the changes and progress as needed. We will work on a caloric deficit.
Once these 2 habits are in place and the person feels better and has more confidence we start the mental well-ness and the journey of healing of why they let go of looking after themselves and their health and work through those challenges 1 for 1
About
At a young age, I was obese myself, and at the age of 13 I was so bullied due to my weight my parents helped me join the gym and to change my lifestyle. As I was training more and seeing results I felt better and my confidence grew more and more and I started enjoying life again. My nutrition was always lacking till age 17 and I just started reading about nutrition and making changes till I got a personal trainer myself to assist me with a meal plan. After high school I went and studied to become a qualified personal trainer to assist people for changing lives is my passion and seeing people get that life spark back is my goal
