We start with an introduction session, where we discover what your goals are, what mental blocks are stopping you from reaching them, and create a draft of the timeline and strategies required to help you reach your goal.
If we discover that we are a good fit to work together, we begin with the session package. It takes a minimum of 3 sessions, to start seeing some transformation.
I use many modalities based on the client's needs like NLP, EFT, intuitive body movement, meditation, breathwork, acupressure, human design, and more. But above all these, my aim in sessions is always to hold a space of so much love, empathy and deep listening that my client gets empowered to gain clarity of their blocks and way ahead.

About
I'm a certified life coach with 50+ hrs of coaching experience.
Before this, I myself worked with half a dozen coaches, counselors and therapists over the last 10 years as a receiver of coaching.
And I realized that there is a huge gap in the human connection between coaches and clients.
Coaches are trained with deep knowledge of the human mind and behavior. But at a fundamental level, many of them lack the awareness to just sit, listen and ask powerful questions,
Many coaches fail to recognize and carve out their client's potential, without making them feel like they are lacking something or they need to be fixed or changed.
Over the last 3-4 years, I did deep inner work with my kind of coaches. And got trained in many modalities like NLP, EFT, intuitive body movement, meditation, breathwork, acupressure, human design and more.
I bring all this knowledge, training, and above all, the humanness of just sitting and listening to my clients.
