I offer various packages of 1 month, 3 month and 6 months. Please read through the description at my unique approach to mom coaching:
One month package information:
1 - 50 minute consultation (we will set your goals and come up with a personalized toolkit for your journey)
Unlimited DAILY voice | text | video messaging for 'in the thick of it' mom moments for 1 month (we will connect through a secure mobile app. Bring up concerns/celebrations as they come up during your day. You can send a message from anywhere...out at the store, hiding in the bathroom, in your pjs on the couch).
Receive coaching/support from me through the app M-F (9am-5pm EST)
Access to the library of ALL of my workbooks created for you and your kids (included in price)
Mom Coaching Toolkit that we will create for you to use in those overstimulated, self-sabotaging moments that includes: values assessment, conquering automatic negative thoughts, boundary statements, gratitude and reflection, growth mindset tools with affirmations that are specific to YOU.
