I've been a trainer for more then 15 years now and worked in a plethora of fitness and wellness institutions. My experience varies from basic fitness ,weigh loss, sport specific training as well as combat sport training not leaving out rehabilitation or stretching. I'm quite well rounded and will be an asset to anyone that trains with me.
