About
I have worked in municipal Human Resources since 2001, beginning my career at the City of Las Vegas in Nevada. I occupied a range of progressively responsible positions from Office Specialist to Insurance Specialist, specializing in Risk Management and then Employee Benefits and Workers’ Compensation. In 2015, I took a position as the Labor Relations Program Manager for the City of Reno in Northern Nevada. In that role, she managed 10 labor contracts, participated in labor negotiations, and conducted Employee Relations investigations and training. My work at the City of Reno culminated in her becoming the Director of Human Resources.
Using my years of experience and what I have learned along the way, I am committed to helping government agencies do HR better using creativity, innovation, and technology to build up our greatest asset - our people.
