I’m a graduate of the Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University, one of the most highly respected coach training programs in North America. I hold the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the global gold standard for professional coaching.
As a coach, I’m known for being approachable and supportive while also direct and candid. Clients value my ability to cut through complexity, bring clarity to messy thoughts, and spark insights that shift perspectives and open new possibilities.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching leaders across North America in both the private and public sectors—including CEOs, senior executives, emerging leaders, social workers, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
My ideal clients are leaders committed to their own growth and to leaving a lasting, positive impact—on their organizations, their people, and themselves.

Hi, I’m Matt. Originally from Ottawa, I now live in North Vancouver with my wife and our four daughters. Outside of work and parenting, you’ll usually find me running the North Shore trails, skiing, exploring on my e-bike, or checking out local craft breweries. For the record, the perfect gift in my world is either a great book or a good bottle of red.
Looking back, a consistent thread in my career has been a passion for helping others succeed—a natural pull toward servant leadership. In 2021, I made the leap to dedicate myself fully to this calling, becoming a professional leadership coach and focusing on what I do best: supporting the growth and development of others.
