    This course will provide individualized recommendations for you, weekly check-ins to report progress, work through difficult spots, and reflect on mindset and behaviors. 

    My 12-week course comes with access to an app where all of your information will be privately stored. We will interact on the app via messaging. You'll find everything you need to move towards your goals within the app.

    Here is the 12-week course structure:

    Week 1-2: Trainerize Set Up + Biomarkers + Intake assessment + Setting up your MyFitnessPal account + Fitness Assessment

    Week 2-3: Review Food log + Calorie target + Review Fitness Assessment

    Week 3-4: Review nutrition from the previous week + Exercise + VIA Survey

    Weeks 5-6: Second Round of Biomarkers +Review Nutrition Strategy + Review Exercise Strategy + Introduction to Mindfulness + Habits

    Week 7-12: Review and Refine

    My expertise in movement, nutrition, and mindfulness will help us collaborate on behavior changes and habits that will help you reach your goals. 

    Check in's for the initial 12-week course are weekly. Beyond the 12 weeks, you can check in as much or as little as you need. I provide ongoing support for my clients.
