We are wired to focus on what is NOT working, our faults, and our flaws. We easily fall into patterns of self-judgement and get lost in thoughts or unworthiness because it’s how our brains are wired.

The amazing thing is that we are capable of creating a harmonious relationship with ourselves and whatever arises through simple, heart centered practices and mindful investigation of our inner life. We can create a relationship with ourselves that brings liberation and joy into our lives.

There is a part of you that is vast enough to hold all of your experiences in kindness and care. You just need help getting connected to that part. By turning your attention toward your inner life with compassion, you open to your highest potential and heal the parts of yourself that long for connection. When inner healing occurs, you are free, alive, and whole.

Welcome! I have over 10 years experience in bodywork, somatic & energy healing, yoga, and meditation/mindfulness practices. Working with me will help you develop the awareness and tools to find freedom and ease in your life regardless of the circumstances.

I specialize in working with moms and sensitive souls on a spiritual path. As a empath and mom of two, I understand the emotional rollercoaster of motherhood (and life in general). All too often, our deep need for self-compassion goes unmet, making it hard to find balance within ourselves and in all areas of life.

After years of teaching yoga and working with clients doing massage & energy healing, I have found my greatest purpose in helping people awaken self-compassion and teaching tools to help other empaths navigate the waves in the ocean of life.
