Coaching Approaches & Methods
My coaching approach combines support, structure, and action. Many individuals with ADHD or executive functioning challenges know what they need to do but struggle to translate that knowledge into consistent action. Through guided coaching sessions, we break goals into manageable steps, create accountability systems, and practice strategies that strengthen focus, organization, and follow-through. The goal is not just understanding, but measurable progress and lasting skill development.
