I have worked on
Coaching & mentoring the delivery and services leadership to
overcome challenges in processes, workflows, customer management, project &
team reviews. Coaching for Leadership Development and support to over 60 Managers and
Senior Leaders and 40 Teams. Helping them identify and take
significant next steps towards their goal – resulting in improved effectiveness
and achievement of personal, professional and organization's goals consistently. Running
a program called “Project Managers’ Transition Coaching, designed
specifically to coach and mentor Software Project Managers.
