Training Approaches and Method usually I do online via Zoom , Google meet and normal video calls it depends on clients request.
Training Approach : I Will connect with the client before starting the section to know them well about their present or past medical conditions , physical level , age , work and etc after knowing all the information then will suggest the client what they had made mistakes in past and How we together will sort them and get the best out of the client.
Design a Workout and Diet plan based on client goals and preferences
I always love to work with the clients and will give my 100% to achieve what ever the client goal
