I am Raadh, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My goal is to help my clients to achieve their personal health goals while enjoying their well-being journey. I'm passionate about guiding clients through dynamic exercises that blend physical and mental practices. Whether someone is overweight or under weight, I help them acheieve their fitness targets. As, I have suffered my whole life with eating disorders, I know how difficult the journey to a healthy path will be. I prefer to integrate healthy lifestyle choices into the a clients lifestyle rather then trying to change all of it. My training practices are science and data driven.
