I have three decades of experience as a Corporate Leader and have been acting in the Start up Eco system as a Coach, Mentor & Angel Investor. I am a Corporate Lawyer, Finance & Risk Management Specialist guiding the start ups in their Entrepreneurial journey at every step & making their decision making more precise & effective. I have a unique blend of having Worked as Director & CFO with Large multinationals and handled the operations across the regions & Globe. I am a Change Management Expert and Governance Specialist. I carry vast experience in Managing the Corporate affairs of any enterprise & have been advising the Board members in their Onboarding & Leadership roles. I have given training to more than 5,000 young professionals over last more than a decade in Leadership & Change Management. I head Delhi Start up Club having more than 14,000 Members & also head a community called Start up Change Leaders.
I am currently mentoring & Coaching many start up's in varied fields Like Deep Tech, Tech Mobility, Health Tech,Edu Tech,Gaming and Agriprenuership.I believe in Providing complete support to the entrepreneurs including their emotional, mental & physical health.
