I am a holistic trauma coach who helps people express their emotions and gain self-acceptance without feeling like they are always on the back burner. I specialize in complex trauma, inner child healing, and emotion & nervous system regulation. I have helped clients with perfectionism, people pleasing, boundary-setting, life adaptations, lifestyle improvement, and more! Outside of coaching, I love to read non-fiction books, go hiking, and hang out with my 3 big dogs.
