I am experienced life coach who has been
working within people services for 20 years. I have dedicated my life to
assisting clients in their transition back to a healthy, balanced life. I
provide clients with essential life skills and coping mechanisms to help them
manage their stress.
I share practical tips and techniques that support
my clients in identifying and creating purpose in their lives. Central to my
approach is the implementation of self-care and a strong focus on improving
mental health.
I love chocolate, a good cup of tea and
can’t resist buying best-seller paperbacks. With our three grown up kids
"adulting" all over the world, I live with my multi-talented husband,
and rescue dogs at the sea.
My extensive knowledge and experience support
the fact that I am in a great position to help clients find mechanisms that
motivate them and create certainty for their futures.
