Greetings, I'm Coach Shane.
I'm a health and lifestyle transformational coach, specializing in mindset, stress management and sustainable health/lifestyle practices. I have over 20 years of collective experience in the Wellness space as a Lifestyle Coach, Personal trainer, Nutritionist, Dance, movement and Martial Artist/Instructor. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on trauma release and recovery.
I'm interested in working with (But not limited to) both Male and Female clients in the EXPAT, Third Culture Kid (ATCK), BIPOC, multicultural, multinational and international communities. LQBTQIA+ friendly. My goal is to empower you to continuously evolve to where you are, eventually, intrinsically capable of maintaining your healthiest lifestyle without my assistance. I aim to assist you in building the life you want to live for yourself and loved ones. One with less Stress, Anxiety and Depression. I coach you to cultivate a Daily life with better health, more courage, confidence, authentic joy and fulfillment.
