About
I am a transformational life coach who helps women reconnect with themselves, find their inner voice, and follow their own paths.
My feeling of being lost and in search of a more meaningful life, provided me with a colorful career, a history of relationships, and living in various countries and homes.
I learned through my own transformational journey, that once you let go of feelings of guilt, shame, people-pleasing, and past traumas, and you learn to accept yourself warts and all, you will be able to truly love yourself. Getting to know yourself fully and aligning your core values and who you truly are with all aspects of your life, will lead to a life that is fulfilled, joyous, and abundant in every aspect.
During our sessions, I will guide you to re-discover your values, dreams, and desires and get insight into the areas of life that are most important to you. During this process, you will find your passions and purpose which will provide the clarity you need to enable you to design the life of your dreams.
My various life experiences allow me to support you through a full understanding of what it is like going through a divorce, single-parenting, going through and surviving toxic relationships, living with anxiety and stress, being stuck and living through change, learning to love, accept, and care for yourself, manifesting, living mindfully, finding your purpose, people-pleasing, and dealing with traumas.
