With 20+ years of experience across global wellness settings and now based in New Zealand, I blend NLP, nutrition and practical coaching to support clients' growth, mentally, emotionally and physically. Whether you're navigating life transitions, breaking old patterns or building new habits, my coaching style is holistic, down-to-earth and deeply personalised.
