My Power Up Your Life program is a one-on-one coaching experience for leaders, customized to deliver exactly what they need to leave burnout and exhaustion in the past and embrace a new, powerful way of living.
This program doesn’t just help leaders recover from burnout. It breaks the cycle of burnout and exhaustion that’s stealing the joy of life from them.
Then, the Power Up methodology goes even further by empowering leaders to transform their life into one that they’ve only dreamed of…a life where they prioritize what really matters to them.
About
For the first 25 years of my IT career, I was addicted to it. My job was
everything to me. Then I burned out. I was exhausted, sick for over a month,
and couldn’t trust my own judgment.
The biggest key to breaking my cycle of burnout and exhaustion was
hiring a life coach. I made more progress in 2 years with my first coach than I
had with decades of therapy.
During those 2 years, I searched to find my purpose. Then I found an
article about business coaching. It seemed so close to a career ambition I had decades
ago.
Finally, I was excited about what my future might hold and believed I
could make a difference.
I now love what I do each day. I coach leaders to break the cycle of
burnout and exhaustion so they can find the energy and balance to focus on what
really matters.
By accepting myself for who I am and aligning with my values, I now have
the energy and balance to do what I enjoy and make the kind of impact on the
world that I’ve always dreamed of.
