Being a Health, Wellness & Holistic Wellness coach, Nutrition & Fitness Coach the approach I follow is holistic that promotes lifestyle changes. Being healthy is not just about being fit physically however it is about being healthy & fit in Mind, Body and Spirit!
Many factors like past dieting history, low physical activity, lifestyle disorders, medical conditions, career, relationships, limiting beliefs, stress, anxiety, time management etc if not managed well can keep us from reaching our goals of being health & fit.
Having said that, I strongly believe that everyone and anyone can be healthy & fit. To change something, something must be changed. Being healthy is about making that one simple decision to change and from that moment your life will never be the same !

Hi, I am Archana Thakur, 42 years old from Mumbai, India.
My journey took a leap with my own transformation 7 years ago after I went through a rough phase in my life. The emotional lows I was going through got my body too in a bad state. I transformed from being an emotional wreck to being spiritually evolved, emotionally stable, calm and happy, from being skinny fat to fat and then finally being fitter, better and stronger both emotionally and physically. Not just this but I also changed my career from being a corporate trainer to a coach now :). Since then it has become my strong desire and passion to change people's lives positively.
