Coaching Approaches & Methods

In our coaching sessions, you can expect a warm and friendly environment. I use methods such as guided visualization, neuro-linguistic programming, and writing exercises that help you to closely examine your life.  Therapies that I employ within sessions are Negative Belief Therapy, Inner Conflict Therapy, and Negative Emotional Therapy.


I'm Cindy a certified Life & Transformation Coach. In addition, I am a certified Neuro-linguistic practitioner and I hold a BA Degree in Psychology. My purpose on earth is to help those around me in any way that I can and I would love to help you on your journey of life, we all need a helping hand sometimes.

How many times have YOU stepped back from experiences and opportunities because YOU feared failure, or rejection, had self-doubt, or did not even feel worthy? We all have our little demon in our heads that stops us from experiencing positive things in life.
