Coaching Approaches & Methods
I was trained and certified by the Youth Coaching Institute, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the Center for Credentialing and Education.
As a Youth Well-being and Youth Resilience Coach, my approach is solution-focused and action-oriented. I believe everyone has the internal resources they need to succeed – my role is to help my clients identify clear and attainable goals, develop practical strategies to reach these goals, overcome obstacles, and build sustainable habits for long-term success.
I combine evidence-based coaching techniques with practical tools my clients can use in their daily life.
About
My passion for supporting young people is grounded in my own experiences navigating pressure, change, loss, and trauma. These personal challenges have given me a deep understanding of the hurdles today's youth face.
I earned my Psychology degree from Princeton University, where I was also a varsity basketball Ivy League Champion. This combination of rigorous academics and competitive athletics provided me with unique insights into navigating and succeeding in high-pressure environments.
Following my academic and athletic career, I spent nearly a decade leading top brands and executives toward success in marketing and communications. Now I apply this blend of psychological knowledge, athletic discipline, and professional expertise to help young people develop resilience and confidence.
My approach is tailored to each individual, combining evidence-based strategies with real-world wisdom. I'm dedicated to empowering each client with the tools they need to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals, and thrive in all aspects of their life.
