Coaching Approaches & Methods
My approach for Open Coaching takes place in 3 stages:
1. Awareness: I hold space for you to reflect on the things that impact well-being and to define the needs that are critical for achieving your goals.
2. Alignment: I work with you to explore opportunities and create a meaningful, strategic plan that responds to and aligns with your needs.
3. Action: As we move through a personalized 90-day plan, I’ll help you stay connected to your intention, accountable to your goals, and motivated to keep going.
I am so excited to share my insights on how to nurture the empowerment of individuals, groups, and communities.
I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, and I bring over 15 years of experience in practice and process design as well as community-based engagement work to my service. My experience has grown into a desire to support individuals and groups in developing meaningful solutions to challenges (and opportunities!) that align with their unique wants and needs.
I take a human-centered approach to learning about the problems that individuals and groups are dealing with, and I work with them to determine a meaningful path towards making their vision for the future a reality.
I believe in the importance of cultivating well-being and purpose as we work to respond to our problems and pursue our goals, and I want to do what I can to make sure people feel empowered and supported in the process.
