I’m LaDonna Welch, the founder of Ebony Notes Co. and a wellness coach dedicated to helping high-performing Black women release burnout and reclaim their peace. With over 16 years of experience as an educator and community builder, I understand the unique challenges of balancing demanding careers, caregiving, and personal goals, often at the cost of your own well-being.
At Ebony Notes Co., I create wellness tools, coaching programs, and intentional spaces that help Black women shift from surviving to thriving. My coaching style is warm, practical, and culturally affirming, combining accountability with self-compassion. Together, we’ll work to integrate wellness into your real life, not as one more task, but as a natural part of your success.
