My name is Rohan R Patade and I am from Mumbai, India. I am a Science graduate and have more than 15 years of experience working in pharmaceutical sales and Call Center industry. I have worked for inbound, outbound, voice processes, chat, email and backend processes. I got promoted as a Quality Coach and later as a Sr. Quality Analyst and Trainer. Now, I am self employed and work as a Performance coach and Soft Skills Trainer.
