You will be more aware of the feelings, emotions, and thoughts, which you will learn to channel consciously as you modify your beliefs, perceptions, and judgments to experience bliss. - Above all, you will be able to understand yourself, love yourself, accept yourself, celebrate yourself, and experience a shift in your very being so that you live your authentic self.
A Spiritual Psychologist and Connection Coach, I am driven by the desire to connect with people and enable them to become consciously aware of themselves. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients gravitate towards a more authentic way of life, and in tune with themselves.
I am particularly passionate about supporting people and helping them find their pattern of being, their limitations and their strengths.
A postgraduate in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, and an ICF Senior Certified Professional Coach, I have been working as a trainer and coach in the service industry for over 25 years. Completing certification on Spiritual Life coaching from the University of Santa Monica.
