About
My name is Sarjeet Dagar. I am a Mindfulness Coach & Breathwork Instructor.
In my work I provide online sessions where I help clients overcome mental and physical health problems through meditation, conscious breathing, and coaching.
I grew up with meditation being a part of my family life. Both my parents follow their personal meditation practice initiated from their Guru. In India meditation and seva (selfless service) is an integrated part of our culture and I believe it helps to bring the right balance into our lives. I love working with clients who are both new to meditation and experienced meditators dedicated to heal and deepen their practice with new perspectives. Meditation can help relieve stress, anxiety, depression and provide inner healing. I welcome anyone interested in healing and self-development to work with me on a one-on-one basis.
My goal is to get to know you in order to put together a sequence of sessions that will provide the specific support you need. My approach is heart-centered and you will feel completely safe to be your authentic self with me. I will be here as your guide and confidant throughout the whole process. Together we'll map out your desired goals and work towards them step by step in order to bring love, laughter, joy and harmony back into your life!
