Coaching Approaches & Methods
I start with a discovery session to understand where the clients stand right now and where they wants to be. Accordingly I help them set goals and plan to achieve them. I decide the topics to coach as per the progress of the clients, and the things that are holding them back from achieving their full potential. During the sessions, I follow the code and ethics laid down by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Its a collaborative relationship between me and my clients where we brainstorm stuff together and find out the best possible ways to go ahead. Nevertheless, the client is the driver in this journey.
About
I am an Engineer, Sales Manager and now a Certified Life & Executive coach. I have 9 years of work experience with various raw material importers and distributors and also have served many product manufacturers and FMCGs as my customers. During that period I learned a lot about the challenges that small & medium scale industries face be in the supply chain, marketing, employee turnover, etc. and the challenges that employees face in their careers. There was a lack of leadership skills in the managers who were finding it difficult to manage teams and that led to more delays in the processes. I also learned that listening with empathy helped me build long term relationships with my customers. All this, led me to coaching or I would say coaching found me! I have had a chance to facilitate leadership development programs to first time managers and second generation business owners and also coach them along the way. I am thrilled to start my journey here to help as many individuals to take charge of their life.
